All the features I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace our old white basic stove because the oven quit heating. So far, I am very happy with this range. Once I figure out all of the features, I'll be getting rid of my air fryer oven because this appliance does everything it does! I like the easy to clean stovetop and the griddle is great!

Great oven feature but terrible cook top material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a few months ago. I am very careful with the pans. The cook top scratches & marks up too easily. The material used for the cooktop is not a great material. My GE stove cooktop I have for 5 years and not ANY marks on the top. I wish I kept my old stove.

Pretty good, but there is a learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old oven and switching to this one has caused me some minor grief. First the knobs are different order from my old one. Then when I ent to start the stove the process is different and of course the installers did not show me so I had to look it up. Then I found out it goes from high to low instead of the other way around. The final straw is I went to se the timer for 3 minutes 30 seconds only to find out there is no seconds on the timer. All of these things are minor but annoying.

Gas oven sucks

Never ever will I buy a Samsung product. My user guide is missing pages. Why why is there not just a normal clock button why. I have to spend 30 minutes trying to reset the clock every time the power goes out. Never again and can't wait to get rid of it

Quiet elegance

We finally moved back six months ago & we’re enjoying the stove, built in air fryer , grill & roasting feature & oven . An excellent choice , it’s quiet elegant look is a plus factor too.

Great Features, precise heat management.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best stove I have ever had. What an improvement over the basic rental place gas stove or stovetop. I really love the heat management with true simmer functions and very powerful flame. The oven works very nicely as well. This oven is internet-connected as well, a feature which I did not particularly care for, but has turned quite useful, with the ovem notifying my phone when it reaches temperature

C-f2 error appears to be common

We purchased this stove as part of a set. Loved the look and performance, until the c-f2 code made its appearance (could possibly a connection issue with the touch screen). We’ve been using the stove less than 2 years. Seems to be a common issue with this range and fixing the issue will cost over $200 if I do it myself. Starting to question if it was worth taking a chance on Samsung as this was my first time going to Samsung for my kitchen appliance needs.

Love it! But it does scratch easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range. Features are neat. Bakes very well. Nice raised cakes and cookies. I haven’t really use air fry because wings are so expensive! Convection works so well that I haven’t needed air fry. Warming burner is useless because it is to small and items don’t really fit if you’re still cooking on other burner. Hard to keep panel clean as it is so sensitive. And the cook top itself scratches easily which I was prepared for from reviews. But it also gets a film on it. I am constantly wiping polishing and buffing it. But cooking aspects of it are good. I’m easy going so I’m satisfied.

Convenience I Didn't Have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works like is it supposed to. What I have found that is the best is the option to control it with my phone. Who knew that this was going to be so helpful, and so convenient. I can preset my timer for dinner, heat up the oven on my way home from work, start the cleaning when I am out shopping. Love this new stove.

AWESOME

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting since April for my range It finally was delivered and installed on aug 27th 2021, yay. My model is the stainless steel NX60A6511SSAA and it looks so nice in my kitchen. I’am still in awe of all the features but wish the booklet was more helpful. The grill works great also the convection and air fry are a great added bonus. I even connected to the Smart things app I like that feature you program oven temperature, time and then when ready to cook just click on the stove to put it on. the only thing you can only use the oven light though the app. I didn't see the oven light on the stove panel. I haven't used the self clean yet because my oven is still clean. I also put a liner on the last rack to catch drips and spills and did it for the top of the stove. works great since the liners catch the drips and then you just wipe clean. wifi works great you need to scan oven code on front and takes you to the site to download the smart things app. I'am very happy with my new Range.
