i haven't tried all of the features yet, but so far we are loving this range. it makes cooking so easy - faster heating time, being able to use the app...just wish the clock brightness could be dimmed a bit. in the evenings, the clock is so bright it practically makes the whole kitchen glow. still trying to figure out if there is a way to dim it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not very satisfied with my new stove. It tends to heat up too much and burn food that is being prepared. I have tried several settings for it and there is not an acceptable temp range that works. It is either too cold or too hot.

All the controls are very simple to use. I do think keeping the cooktop clean is a bit annoying though. Even after boiling water, there is a ring around the burner.

The knobs are safe and easy to use. Ordering online was simple with exceptional delivery, hook up, and haul away of old appliance.

The one for this stove is 188 pages on line which I am not planning to print. It is a pain to have to look it up when I need information. Just call me old fashioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for a month and it is such an improvement over my last range. Love the convection oven and the air fryer. When you use the timer, when it is done, the oven shuts off which is a wonderful feature. I like the digital display when it is pre heating. The oven cooks very evenly which is a plus. Using the ceramic glass cleaner every night keeps the top looking beautiful. One of our best investments was the Samsung range.

The controls are easy to use esp with the wifi connectivity making it even more easier. I only wish we could reduce the volume of the buzzers

I bake large batches of sweets at a time and the convection feature allows me to bake things perfectly and efficiently. The air fryer is a great added feature and it is much easier to use especially since there is not pre-heating involved. Additionally, this unit has a sleek design which really stands out in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have been using this for about a 3 month and it is great. Its pretty straight forward, I mean, its a stove/oven. We don't use the duo feature much but its nice to have. My husband loves to proof bread in the oven. Works like a charm. The air fry is nice but takes much longer than a countertop one. It would be nice if the burners were various sizes. The front one can adjust but the other 3 are the smaller size. These are just little things, overall its wonderful and we love it.
