Wonderful unit that's not without flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy this unit so far. A few things thatcould be improved- you can easily turn on the burners by accidentally hitting them, it does not jump out at you that a burner is still hot. Overall it's been great.

cooks well.

I expected it to be very similiar to my previous Samsung range, but the controls are confusing and there was NO manual to accompany the stove for instructions. The very small booklet that came with the stove suggested going to the Samsung web site and "printing" out the manual. It should have come with the stove as I have no way to print it. Overall, not as pleased with this samsung as I was my previous one.

great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a little over a month ago and its a great product works well and really enjoy the built in air fryer and griddle for the top. Makes cooking so much easier because you can be cooking and keeping things warm on the grill at the same time. and air fryer saves so much time when I come home from work late and also is much healthier to use.

CF2 malfunction

do not buy this range. within a year we got a cf2 malfunction light. samsung needs to recall these devices or replace the malfunctioning components as it is not just me i see many customers reporting the same. samsung service is very bad. they sent a couple of service providers to fix this. both of them came and went back saying parts were needed and no update. i am been waiting for 3 weeks

Wifi preheating is fantastic
