Not even a year old and the top is bubbled...again. I cleaned it as suggested but that didn't help. This is the second one...the first one bubbled also. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I called and the Support desk sent me a link to the manual. Zero help. I had another glass top range for 18 year and never had an issue!! I wished I would have kept that one!

Yeah, ummm no, all it is is an expansion of the element to fit a larger pot. Overall good ranged but tough cleaning the buttons since they are so sensitive and turn things on.

From the fifth burner with the optional griddle to the convection and air fry features, it did not disappoint! I especially liked the ability to proof bread and the dehydrator, which we used to make beef and turkey jerky. The fact that it sings to you to let you know the preheat temperature had been reached was adorable and loud enough to hear in other rooms of the house. Wi-Fi features let me inow on my TV when the oven was finished (along with a song!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade from our older GE oven, this samsung doesn't have heat coil element on the bottom ,which is so much easier to wipe clean ,plus it has a built-in air fryer which is a plus for healthier food options.

The air fryer, roaster, grill and steam clean are the top of the list. The fact that I can start it from my phone and just warm food up both on top and in the oven. Prepared a whole meal and the set all 5 items back in the oven to keep warm without fear if it drying the food out was the best..

We purchased this stove as part of a set. Loved the look and performance, until the c-f2 code made its appearance (could possibly a connection issue with the touch screen). We’ve been using the stove less than 2 years. Seems to be a common issue with this range and fixing the issue will cost over $200 if I do it myself. Starting to question if it was worth taking a chance on Samsung as this was my first time going to Samsung for my kitchen appliance needs.

After searching for 2 days due to nobody had any brand in stock I found this unit 50+ miles away. I picked it up and installed it and proceeded to resume baking pies. I do a lot of baking so I was hoping that the 6.3 cu ft oven would have a 3rd rack, it doesn't. So far it has filled in well in place of the range it replaced. I would have liked more info in the owners manual on the features, I can't have my computer by the stove reading the manual learning the features. So I have no idea on how to use the convection or Air Fry settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I am not the one that cooks much in the kitchen, I am very happy with my Samsung smart freestanding electric range. The range has a sleek look and looks nice in the kitchen. The burners on this range heat up fast and evenly. The ability to use the fast boil feature makes boiling water for pasta dishes faster to help finish dinner more timely. The smart feature where you can monitor your timers and turn off the oven from the smarthings app on your phone is nice. So you can go about doing other things and be notified when the timer is up. I love the ability to use the oven in the traditional way, as a convection oven or even to air fry. So many ways to prepare food healthier. The self-clean oven feature is easy, but if you just need to do a quick clean the ability to do a steam clean is a bonus option on this range. Doesn’t require heating the oven up for as long especially in the middle of the summer when you need to clean your oven. I would definitely recommend this range.

I do not have to worry about switching it off or on I could just do that using the smart things app on my phone. The features are amazing from cooking ,frying,baking and broiling. And even cleaning the range. A wonderful experience for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced a 4 year old range (another brand) that came with purchase of a new patio home. I had been unhappy with it from beginning. The Samsung fits all my needs. I'm happy it has standard self clean in addition to steam clean cycle. I've baked, convection baked, broiled, and used all burners ,and timer so far. I had just about given up baking, but at 71 this range made me believe that I had not lost my knack for baking! Very satisfied. I haven't set it up to use with smart phone, but I'm sure that is a feature many woild love. We are also happy with our Samsung refrigerator, tv, tablets and phone.
