Xmas gift to the parentals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range for my folks as a Xmas and they absolutely love it. They enjoy a lot of the features such as the built in air fryer, the fact that they can control, monitor, and adjust the settings on their smartphone with the smart things is great whenever they are multi-tasking and not having to be in the kitchen constantly when baking. The phone alerts them whenever what they are preparing is done. Great overall and no issues.

Nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range in time for Thanksgiving, so it was tested and it passed with flying colors, my only complaint is that the glass top stains easily. I like the WiFi options and the stainless steel look.

Not much it can't do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrade to this range recently and can't be happier. This model has almost every bell and whistle you can think of for a range, auto light on when you open the oven, yep. Remote interaction with the unit so you can monitor your slow cooking roast, yep. Only two complaints, the manual is severely lacking and with as many buttons as the unit has, operating the timer function has been inconsistent as to what buttons do what.

Fantastically versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is almost smarter than I am. It can do so many things I could never do before. I can proof my bread dough, air fry chicken and French fries, bake, broil (with two options) and more. The range top can handle any size pot or pan and brings water to a boil quickly. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great range but features aren’t impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this range but I probably should have just went with a cheaper one without the air fry or smart/wifi features as these features aren’t very helpful. The smart capabilities only allows you to set the timer and what you want to preheat the oven to but it won’t start preheating until you physically go and push start on the oven. And then with the air fry feature, I’ve learned is no different than convection except the convection fan maybe spins a little faster? I’d go with a cheaper version of this range that is convection but not air fry and wifi capable to save a couple hundred dollars on features that don’t really make any difference.

Electric Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range and It is ok—not exactly what I was expecting from Samsung. The steam cleaning does not get the oven clean. The humming noise of the oven heating is quite annoying. Can’t tell the time while the oven is in use. The controls for the burners are reversed.

Great Range!

Digital Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a year ago and there seems to be many issues with it. The air fry option and oven option, when I turn it on, will only allow the number 3 to be entered. So I have to set the temperature for 333 degrees, cancel the temperature and restart to get it to the correct temperature. Also, the SmartThings application has trouble communicating with the device. It works, it’s just not seamless.

Heavy construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I couldn't use the oven in my old stove, I have enjoyed baking my old favorites. I like the different levels of BTUs on the stove top. However, I have never used an air-fryer. I wish some recipes had come with the online instructions. I have yet to try out that feature.

Control Panel/Breakers Issues

Received as part of a new build. Two weeks after move in control panel started to freeze, repeat numbers, start/stop buttons did not work, and timer stopped working. Replaced control panel twice. Still same issues only to add the unit is now tripping our breaker. Unit seems to be extremely hot even for a gas oven. I do love the bread proof option when unit is working.
