We were hesitant to get another smooth top but it just takes a little maintenance each day to keep it looking new. We love our new stove and customer service is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new stove/oven three weeks ago, and so far it is working really well! The stovetop is easy to clean, and the burners heat up quickly. The convection oven cooks really well and evenly. This range is WiFi connected to the SmartThings app, and that's where I took a star off. We still probably have some more to learn, but something as easy as setting the clock has to be done through the app.

I'm back to baking all the time (my waistline isn't appreciating that part) and the proofing option is amazing. Wish it had come with a more detailed operators manual so I could fully understand and operate the oven at it's full capability.

The biggest eye has a known sensor issue so it's hard to cook on it because it goes from cold to burning everything in seconds and not turning down. Other than that, it's a great oven for the price.

I am enjoying the wifi connection that not only shows up on Mt phone, but on my TV. NEAT! I'll be trying out the air fryer mode and convection shortly. So far, so good!

They obviously went cheap on the knobs though as the one for my main burner broke within just a couple of months. I found some replacement knobs from a different retailer that seem to be of better quality, however I'm not the biggest fan of their appearance. The only other negative, if you want to look at it that way is that the oven heats up slowly. Once it is up to temp though, it maintains the temperature and bakes nicely.

It haa the capability to air fry,, convection bake, roast, nake, dehydrate, and bread proof. Those of us who bake their own breads know how important this feature is. It also has a self clean snd steam clean. I have already used the steam clean feature. Just pour a cup of water press the steam clean button and it automatically steam cleans the bottom of the oven. I'm totally in live with my new range.

I don't bake much, but when I've used the oven, it's worked fine. I used to have to adjust my old one up 10-20 degrees to get things to turn out. This one seems perfect.

We have had to adjust or temperatures and cooking times because we were obviously cooking with an inferior product previously. It is effortless and powerful. It is also just plain fun to use when cooking. I love using the app to set the oven and to keep track of the burners being on or off when I am away. This is especially helpful having kids staying at home alone now. Like all of my Samsung appliances I just love it and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Burners heat the pots and pans quickly and the oven is spot on with the temp. I love the full grates onver the stove burners as it makes resting a hot roaster or cookie tray on them very convienent. Would of been nice to have a number scale on the burner knobs, but that is very minor.
