I had an older model at my previous home, when I bought this house in August 2016 it came with a new competitor’s item which I did not like. After soldiering on for 6 years, I replaced it with this Samsung model and am happy I did.

For the first couple months it was a workshorse, but I now regret buying a ‘smart oven’ as we’ve had two issues with components that are part of the computerized controls. Very much a hassle to fix, and I know wish we got a more traditional oven with less bells and whistles which eventually break.

The knobs are safe and easy to use. Ordering online was simple with exceptional delivery, hook up, and haul away of old appliance.

I really love the heat management with true simmer functions and very powerful flame. The oven works very nicely as well. This oven is internet-connected as well, a feature which I did not particularly care for, but has turned quite useful, with the ovem notifying my phone when it reaches temperature

No problems keeping it clean. A bit of a learning curve for the the touchscreen timers (wet fingers will not work).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're so thrilled to have even browning, everything bakes fantastically! Love having a large grates, my pans do not slide. Cleaning the oven and range is super easy too. My only gripe (is a safety feature), that I cannot remotely turn on my oven from the app (gas oven), but I understand the safety precautions.

I bought this just before the Christmas holiday to replace the "lemon" we bought during COVID. I was pleasantly surprised that it communicates with the phone. I was also pleased with variety of cooking modes. It is not too difficult to clean the cook top. I am very happy with this purchase.
