Perfect, almost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the range a little over a month and have used it daily. The basic features work as they should do lets look at the not so basic ones. Air fryer. I wanted this feature since I Alessi do most of my cooking in a counter top unit but the size limitations were starting to annoy me as cooking 3-5 batches is tedious. That's no longer the case with this range. I can cook one batch and done. The smart/ wifi feature is good. It gives you the status(burner & oven on/off) of the range and allows you to preset the cooking method and time. However someone must still physically press the start button. I'm sure this is for safety, but I'd rather have the option to turn on the range from the app.

Amazing Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best range I have seen or used for the longest time. I was impressed by the quality of the stovetop and in the range. the best feature that I use right now is the air-fryer. I love that it included the non-stick (Not sure if it is) griddle plate made it super easy to clean and work with. My husband bought this and I fell in love with it from the first use.

Love it!

Love this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it because a new one was needed. It also does more than I require it for. It can proof bread with the proof setting. I love to make beef jerky in it with the dehydrator setting. Cooks my food well and love the self cleaning options. No complaints at all. Connecting to SmartThings is a bonus too.

Computer buttons

We bought this stove about 4 months ago. I am not always able to change the oven temp from the factory setting. The buttons will not change when I press them, so instead of 375 I get 3 and nothing to follow. Also I cannot always set the timer, it does not accept what I put in. Are we not able to change the temp. once something is half cooked?

Satisfied Customer

Really enjoy how spacious it is and being able to adjust temperature with the keypad plus seeing it rise degree by degree during preheating is great. The air fry function is a wonderful add-on and can't wait to try dehydrator! The stove top is no slouch either. The large, long, middle burner is quirky and fun. The double burner really puts out some heat, which is great--just takes some getting used to!

Happy Customer

The timer sound (some kind of musical jingle) can be irritating but we can put up with that minor issue. Maybe future updates will alow the sound the be changed to a simple beep with the app.

Love it! But it does scratch easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range. Features are neat. Bakes very well. Nice raised cakes and cookies. I haven’t really use air fry because wings are so expensive! Convection works so well that I haven’t needed air fry. Warming burner is useless because it is to small and items don’t really fit if you’re still cooking on other burner. Hard to keep panel clean as it is so sensitive. And the cook top itself scratches easily which I was prepared for from reviews. But it also gets a film on it. I am constantly wiping polishing and buffing it. But cooking aspects of it are good. I’m easy going so I’m satisfied.

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this range for 4 months, and have yet to have a major problem with it. The timer button sensitivity has something to be desired when baking a turkey or something else that is moist, the steam comes in front of the oven control panel and the timer button wont work or shut off properly. Other then that is hasn't had an issues. LOVE the air fry feature. Cooks hamburgers amazingly. It is easy to clean, so it makes it worth using the air fry for messing foods.

Beautiful stove/oven but...

there isn't much i don't like about my new "toy", as my husband calls it..lol, but... and to me it is a huge but... i would have thought that the oven would be calibrated at the factory. that would make sense to me... but!!!! my oven is 35 degrees off..i mean..really??!!! and there is no light switch for the oven. there are things that you bake that temperature is critical and every time you open the oven door you loose heat. with such a great (over all) product it seems someone would have caught that in the design process. it might be just me but i think those 2 things should be adjusted - changed or corrected.. however you want to state it. would i buy another one?? i would buy one again but make sure it has an oven light switch...
