absolutely love the look of the stove. have only had it a week but great addition to the kitchen. only question i have is when i use alexa to preheat oven it always defaults to one hour for preheat. is this standard?

This stove is a really bad product. When I try to cook food it over heats it and it is uncontrollable. After turning the heat from medium to low it’s still super hot!! Samsung do better :(
