[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new Samsung range and oven! I have two criticisms, one being the burners on the stove and the level of flame. If I were designing this stove, I would have put the higher flame burners in the back, because the flames can be quite "big" and could pose a fire risk to anything that comes close, such as long hair, a child's face, paper or cloth. The other criticism is that there is no air fryer basket available to fit the oven air fryer. I know this is a frequent complaint from other purchasers, but it really is a deterrent in me not using the air fryer as often as I would like. Yes, I can put a wire rack over a cookie sheet, but in cases where I have food that does not lay flat, the basket is really important. It's just very frustrating not having the air fryer basket. Also, it does take longer for the air fryer to cook foods compared to my small air fryer. I presume it's because there is more room in the air fryer? I do like the griddle in the middle. I made bacon and grilled cheese sandwiches and they cooked up very nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our stove went out in February and we spent a month researching and viewing in stores. We finally decided on this oven. We’ve had it about a month now and I am very happy with it so far. The stove top is smooth and doesn’t have a texture like some stoves, so it is easy to clean. The air fry feature works really well to crisp up fries and nuggets in less time than my actual air fryer. I do wish the steam clean did a little more but it would probably work better if you steamed it right after something dripped on the bottom. I do love that there is no coil visible on the bottom. Both of the front cook spots on the top of stove are quite large and that makes it much easier to cook meals that require 2 large burners.

As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the knobs however, they are pinch push then turn which is complicated for little hands..I'm definitely at ease now and the fact it has the smart things app! Whoa. Anytime a burner is turned on or stove I get a notification straight to my phone. I can even set the oven from my phone! This is a total game changer as a mom of 6+ kiddos. Life gets busy and anything to make the hustle and bustle easier is so worth it. The oven also has many features but air fry is a huge one for my home. As a large family getting to air fry right in the oven helps to make food all at once instead of in batches with a counter top air fryer. The sleek modern design and the ease of use leaves me thinking I waited to long to upgrade my previous range. We have already been baking up alot of goodies. The oven bakes so evenly and the burners heat up quickly. Boiling pasta takes a shorter time I've noticed. The three size burner is so awesome. You can choose which size you need and i absolutely love that feature. Truly, you can't go wrong with this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with my new Samsung range with griddle and no preheat air fry! The stainless steel looks great in my kitchen. I believe this is the only electric range that has a griddle option on top. The knows have to be set in certain positions to use the griddle. I love the fact that you can use them as regular burners too. There's also different positions for different size pans. Another one of my favorite features is the no preheat air fry option. The air fryer pan is huge! I do recommend placing a cookie sheet on lower rack to catch anything that drips from air fryer pan or buying the disposable oven liners. I have a small kitchen and I use my griddle and air fryer often. They were both replaced with this range freeing up my counter space. I also love that it has wifi and an app. It takes the guess work out of if I left my oven on. Also, say I want to preheat my oven so it's ready to start dinner on my way home from work, I can do just that through the app. I also love the fact that it's a convection range. I usually adjust the temperature to 25 degrees less than normal and my food cooks perfectly and evenly. I'm slowly working on changing all my appliances over to Samsung and this one did not disappoint. I love my new range!

I bought this as a placeholder until we redo our kitchen but I may just keep it. I am thoroughly impressed with the stovetop power and the wonderful oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new Samsung fridge and decided to purchase a matching range to go with it. I love the look of this range! The black stainless steel is beautiful and elegant. The cooktop has several different pan size options as well as a warming element. The oven offers many different cooking options including convection and air fry. I just recently had my local dealer order me the Samsung air fryer tray and am excited to give that a try once the tray arrives. If I could change one thing on this range it would be to have a deeper storage drawer at the bottom. Cookie sheets and pizza pans store nicely down there, but I am also used to keeping my 9 x 13 baking pans stored below as well, and that is not possible with this shallow drawer. All in all, very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed about six weeks ago. The burners have high flames so trying no to get used to cooking with them. I use a Comal to lessen the heat so the food cooks a little slower. The baking options are wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely satisfied with my 6.0 cu ft. Smart Samsung Freestanding Range. I love the color (matches my Samsung fridge), the dual burners, Air Fry feature, integrated Gridle and the easy setup I was able to complete in the Smart Things App. This Smart Samsung Stove quickly heats up and my cook time has drastically been reduced. I really like the large inside area of the range and the whisper quiet fan that circulates heat which reduces cook time and EVENLY distributes the heat. Since receiving the range, I have received four compliments on how GREAT the range looks ad how it compliments my kitchen decor (black). I can't wait to try the air fry feature and use the Smart Things App to monitor and get things started. I will no longer be tied to the kitchen looking/checking in on my food anymore, with the Smart Samsung range, I can manage my cooking thru the Smart Things App. SAMSUNG really designed this range with their customers in mind and also made sure to include it with very useful features to accommodate use/cooking. The knobs used to turn on each burner is such a classy look on the range and they definitely compliment the overall design. Using this range definitely makes me feel in control of my cooking and again, having so many features/options adds to the overall use and quick cook times. Only after a few days use, I noticed how my cook times are cut and I noticed that the foods I cook are now evenly done, no dryness or overcooked areas. I can definitely recommend this 6.0 CU FT. Samsung Smart Gas Range and will be doing a LOT more cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Range almost 2-months ago. It works great! The Air Fry setting is amazing. It did not come with an Air Fry Basket. Buying the Air Fry Basket was easy & not that expensive to purchase separately.
