The salt was an off white color from the bag. It looked like it had a lot of impurities/dirt in it. i found small gravel at the bottom of the pool wheee the salt had been placed.

only recieved 7 bags of pool salt. got 3 bags of water softener salt which is NOT recommend for pools. did not catch the switch till salt was in the water.

Seems to dissolve quicker and clearer than a competitor. Bags are easy to open and don’t tear open while carrying. Salt generator seems to indicate higher salt % with a similar amount compared to the competitor.

I have a Hayward salt generator and have been using this salt for years. It works really well and maintains in the water without using other chemicals pool stores try to sell you to help "keep" your salt in the water. No need to buy stabilizer.

Good quality salt for the pool, dissolves easily and the bag has a tear strip making opening pretty easy. Very convenient, and Walmarts price is very good

I used this as an alternative to sand, which is more expensive and less dense, for a weighted vest and backpack for exercising. For that purpose it performed flawlessly.

Dissolved fine - ordered ten bags - They sent them in boxes, but three were taped and spilled out in the box during transit. They should not have shipped taped boxes.

The salt seems to do the job. Dissolves easily.
