The skin sticks

We went to Sam's yesterday and I bought a bag of that garlic. I thought it was going to be great but when you start breaking apart the head of garlic it's nothing but a little pieces. The next time I'm going to pay a little more and get it already peeled or go to zuppardos and buy some garlic.

Bought one bag of the whole fresh garlic bulbs in August, those garlic bulbs were hard neck variety and quality were excellent. Went to the club in September to buy more bags, this time the garlic were the soft neck variety and quality were not so good. I would recommend this product only if they are the hard neck variety.
