Not fresh

I've purchased 2 of these bags since the beginning of the year (2023). The first bag had several bulbs that were dry and not usable (which is why I bought a 2nd bag a few weeks later). Sadly, the 2nd bag was the same. The only good thing about this product is it is a "Product of USA" whereas the bag of peeled cloves (also SpiceWorld) states "Product of China" (thus, I refuse to buy it). I do NOT recommend.

Sams used to carry California Gilmore garlic. This stuff is 1 notch above Chinese garlic, which is terrible.

They were all either rotten or sprouted. I did a pickup order so whoever picked this order didn't even check…

it was a mix of medium to mostly small bulbs. I'm not a big fan of the taste of any garlic. This had a mild flavor, which was good for me, but it was unhandy to use because the cloves were so small.
