Fresh Garlic Bulbs, 2 lbs.

The reason I rated it 4 due to the small size of the cloves. Otherwise, great price and fresh.

Usually, these used to be good. But in recent order, I got an immatured garlic bulb lot.

It makes our food more delicious than other spices and makes you feel good

This was just enough garlic for the pork loin we cooked for our church Wednesday Night Out dinner.

Sadly, the bag I bought was so old I had to throw most of it out! It happens; and since I don’t know when the best time of year to buy garlic is I just take a chance I’m going to get a fresh one. They do advertise it as fresh and that is not true!

Oh, well!

I ferment this whole bag of garlic at one time.  It takes a while to get the skin off but worth it because it is always fresh and the cloves are a good size. I take a half spoonful daily. Also use it in cooking. Wish it was Organic.
