I bought my first bag on 6/1/2023 and finished it (Spice World). However, I bought another bag (The Garlic Company on 8/24/2023. 60% are moldy after two weeks on 9/9/2023.

Great value for garlic. This is my second bag. I ate the previous garlic in one month as a snack. The bag before this bag was a slightly better batch.

Bought this last week (8/27/17). A full quarter of the garlic was nasty, moldy, unusable. Will NOT buy again as there is no way to tell from the outside.

The garlic had extremely small/thin cloves which took forever to peel (so many as well!). May try another bag one last time. If it's the same story, never again!

Spice World is well known for selling Chinese garlic. Not buying garlic of mysterious origin. How about selling California sourced garlic and shallots?

I haven't seen garlic bulbs that break into tens of tiny cloves like these. Not only you have a lot more work to remove the papery skin off these tine cloves, you also have to figure out how many of these tiny cloves makes one normal sized one. When your recipe calls for 6 cloves of garlic, how many tiny ones do you need? 18? 24?

Check the bag thoroughly as some pieces were going bad.
