These buttery, luscious croissants were a Sam's trip must have for us. This summer, they were out of stock for weeks and weeks. Knowing how Sam's likes to replace popular items with inferior, less costly options, I feared the worst. When they were back in the store, we purchased them. They looked smaller, but that wasn't a big deal. Then we tried to eat them--dry, not buttery and tasteless. We ended up throwing them away. I'm so tired of this trend with Sam's. I can't wait until BJ's opens, even if they have no Croissants!

They changed, they are now dry and hard no matter how “fresh” they are. Why did they have to change them. They used to be the most amazing croissants, more authentic. Now they are “American” I bet that’s why the price has been lowered. They aren’t being bought as much. I used to have to freeze some before my kids ate them all in a day, now they don’t touch them. I got them again the other day to see if they had improved. Nope. Never again. Hopefully they bring bag the big, buttery, light and flakey supplier.

love these but not when they are not the maximum size. The are more denser and less fluffier than when the bakery cook allows them to rise to max size. Buttery and delicious. Please allow to max out size. Disappointing when they taste dense, other wise 5 stars

I have purchased these before and they were light, flaky and delicious. This was not the case with these. They were greasy on the inside and the outside, not light and airy like previous purchases, and very dense. Two days after my purchase they were moldy inside and out. This had never happened before. Most of my previous purchases lasted at least 5 days. I ended up wasting ten of the twelve croissants and skeptical about ever purchasing these again.

Yummy, flaky, buttery, light, delicate, delicious. Dear Sam's, please don't change the price, quantity or size of these again! I would give these 5 stars but for the fact that I had a few mold in this batch rather quickly. Never had that issue before. Next batch I'll divide up in gallon size Ziploc bags and tuck into the fridge. I can always re-toast them in the oven, air fryer or toaster oven.

Love, love these croissants. I have had croissants from a lot of different places, but Sam’s has the best The price is a great deal too. Since I live by myself I freeze them in freezer bags and when I want one I just pull one out and cut it and pop in the microwave and it taste just like fresh ones from Sam’s.

I placed an order for a special seasonal bakery item and was told to pick it up the next day at 11 so I made a special trip up to Sam’s Club and was then told they have no idea where my order is, and no idea who took my order and I would not be getting the item, so Sam’s Club is very disappointing in my eyes. The croissants were good.

The muffins and croissants went bad in three days

not fresh, stale in 3 days

Used to be buttery, now not so much. Not kinda mealy.
