Love the recipe tweak to being all butter! Having immune issues and wanting to give my family and I quality prepared foods on occasion isn't as simple these days. Majority of products are GMO, bioengineered, soy infused etc. I remember letting Sam's Club know they need to offer more products with minimal ingredients and no soy additives. Glad they made the change a few months back to some products. We all love their croissants! It's a great value and they freeze very well so there's no waste.

These rolls are much too dense and heavy to be called a croissant. I suspect they are intended to be used for sandwiches as they are unsuitable as a light, flaky breakfast treat. Will not buy again. The mini croissants seem to be more like a real croissant.
