It's crap… not worth the price. It's just fluff. My vegetable plants did nothing. Not even sure there was plant food in the mix. Very disappointed. PLEASE BRING BACK MIRACLE GROW.

This is the 1st bad product or review I have gotten from Sam's. I had a business membership from 2000 to 2017 a plus membership since 2017. I bought 6 bags of Members Mark potting soil Mix on May 13. I used it to plant a Mother's Day present and over $200 in annual plants in baskets and pots. I had purchased the Miracle Grow Moisture control potting soil for the previous years. This soil is inferior. My Wave petunias are normally hanging down about 2 feet below the baskets. My mother in-law talked about how her present isn't growing like it did every other year, my neighbors have noticed the difference in my plants.

I love my plants and this year I have added a small garden spot. I have always been an avid user of Miracle Grow and still am but I have been using Member's Mark Potting Mix Planting Soil and I have learned that it works just as well and is less expensive. I am now using Expert Fertilizers and other of their products. I am getting my gardening done at lower costs.

Not even potting soil. Essentially mulch with an occasional rock. I cannot believe i paid for this garbage. Now I have to drive back to return this and buy miracle grow (which i normally buy but this looked similar in its description so I thought it was possibly made by miracle grow). I have better things to do with my time.....

LOW in nutrients ! skip this one.the NPK ration on this is 10-5-12 thats HALF of Miracle grow. 21-11-16 i normally buy the miracle grow moisture control from Sams club however i noticed this year they are not carrying it . Your definitely going to need additional fertilizer to get the same result.

I bought this last year after reading the mixed reviews of it being nothing more than mulch with some potting mix. They were right. If you're going to insist on still buying it, do so considering it as a mulch. I pulled it from all my containers & I use it as a top dressing for the plants until it's gone.

This used to be good potting soil! I started over seven hundred vegetable plants mid January in this spotting soil. They came up and grew to about an inch tall and quit growing and look to be dying now. I knew the soil looked terrible but used it anyway since I had bought it already. Terrible lesson learned! We have a roadside stand my daughter sells plant at and this is the first time in many years we won't have plants to sell.

I purchased a bag last year as I have a hobby greenhouse and fell in love with it. I went back and got 10 more bags. it is great for starting seeds to potting plants. So when I saw it had come in this year at my local Sams I purchased 10 more bags. I have several plant friends that have switched to the members mark brand. please keep this item in stock.

I have used Sam club potting mix 55 quarts numerous times in the past... Today I just stopped by Sam Club in Allentown PA to buy one bag for my basil plant... I regretted it... there are so many wood chips (size 1-1.5 Inch length and .4 Inch width) and small wood balks. I only used a small portion to fill a planter, there is alot left in the bag. What is going on Sams? Very disappointed...I hate to return anything already opened....

No way is this product potting soil. It looks like half rotted compost that needs another year. It’s so full of sticks there is no way you can plant a small seed in a starter pack. Just too much wood in the way. No detectable vermiculite or other additive. Stick with the brand name. You’re wasting your money on this overpriced stuff whatever it is. Wish I could post a picture of what it looks like in a tray of starter packs
