I bought this instead of Miracle Grow because it was instant savings. Members Mark is usually good. This was a mistake. There is a lot of small sticks in it and nothing to keep the soil moist. I have to water my planters every other day because the soil has dried out. Never had this problem with miracle grow. Also, I don’t think there is any time released fertilizer. This isn’t up to members mark quality. I will never buy again.

Product was full of bark and larger debris making it difficult to use. I believe the bags I bought were infected with tiny bugs. Within days of transplanting seedlings and plants leaves all had tiny holes and tiny bugs buzzing around. I had to spray an insecticide to clear the issue. None of the pots where I used a bag of Miracle Grow had this issue.

This is the WORST!! I have bought my potting soil from Sam’s Club every year for at least 5 years but this has changed. It’s THE worst potting soil I’ve ever used. It’s been 4-6 weeks and most of my plants are struggling, I’m an avid gardener, plenty of experience, and I’ll never buy this again.

Low quality mix. MANY large wood pieces over an inch in length and many more 1/8th to 1/4 inch in thickness.

Mostly mulch; hardly any soil. I sifted the whole bag and ended up with mostly mulch. I would never buy this again.

Was so happy that Sam's has a substitute for Miracle Gro - not only a better price, but equal quality.

Good potting mix, I ordered 20 bags online and picked up in the store. The mixture is in good quality, highly recommend!
