This cheese melts so well and made one of the BEST homemade quesadillas I have ever had! This is a huge bag and it will last me a good while! I plan on using for much more than quesadillas, excited to try on a chaffle recipe! Great flavor, melts extremely well and perfect for many dishes. the queso quesadilla by el viajero has a wonderful creamy taste to it. Fresh vegetables

Tried using for quesadillas, and could not get it to melt. Did not melt when microwaved either.

Doesn't melt even after 5 minutes. Do not buy. The labeling false advertising.

I bought it because I couldn’t find the SUPREMO Chihuahua cheese but this cheese doesn’t even come close. Please bring back SUPREMO!

The first time I bought it, the cheese was really good. The 2nd time I purchased it, with in 3 days it tasted like mold. I won’t buy it again.
