I purchased these Red Robin gift cards from Sam's Club and saved the hassle of finding parking at the mall, to run in to the restaurant. Avoided headache, inconvenience and received a $5 bonus car.

If you've never had, you should try. Unlimited fries (garlic/parm ones are the best), plus have either a chicken sandwich or a burger and you won't be disappointed. Service is usually excellent, and the spiked strawberry lemonade is a perfect drink if your looking for one. (other wise try the non-alcoholic one)

I never like to give just money as a gift but food gift cards are much appreciated and show I put some serious effort in getting the perfect gift.

We are giving these as gifts to our extended family. Sam's Club allows us to be more generous this season!

I bought this in September 2021, and received plastic gift cards. Reading other reviews, I think they were changed to paper shortly after I bought mine. In September, we were not dining-in at restaurants due to Covid, and I was upset to find out that they could not be used for online ordering (for takeout). I was bummed, but held onto them. Now, in May 2022, I tried again, and found that now, they DO work for online orders! I guess RedRobin changed their website! So I rated this 4 stars because they didn't work for online ordering when I bought them, but now they do. Also, you can use more than one of the $15 GCs together in an order, which is nice. I haven't tried the $5 Bonus GC yet, but will try it on my next online order.

$5 gift card is for dine in only. Even pre covid always did take out. $15 gift cards cannot be used for online ordering. Need to call and shout order over noisy bar, inevitably some things are lost in translation. Disappointed

I went to use these gift cards that I purchased from Sam's Club and they were not activated. I didn't know that until the server came back and told me none of them had a balance in front of my guests! Imagine my embarrassment! HORRIBLE! Think twice before buying gift cards from Sam's Club!

Tried to use at the Red Robin in Portage Mi. They were unable to use the cards; said they were invalid. Spent an hour with "customer service" for the gift cards, located in the Philippines, who claimed they were active. Ended up paying cash for my meal and returning these unusable cards.

Even through i was careful on separating the cards. The paper cards were glues to eachother on the barcode pin area. So I had to write the pin info on the paper cards. Looks crappy when giving out as gifts.

As the title says, the cards are now made of paper. You might think that a good thing, but when trying to separate the cards from each other, the sticky rubbery glue that they use to stick the cards together nearly DESTROYED the number on the back of one. I was lucky and only 1 number was completely illegible afterwards, but that still means I'm going to have to go through the Check Balance form up to 10 times to find the right card number. If I'd lost 2 numbers, I'd have had to go through up to 100 numbers to find what the full gift card number is supposed to be.
