I was so upset with these strawberries. I opened the container 2 days after purchasing and they were already growing mold. A few of the ones on the bottom were smashed with dark spots. I ordered curbside so maybe the shopper didn’t notice that the selected container of strawberries were not fresh. Whatever the case, all of them were thrown away. If I lived closer, I would have taken them back for a refund!

I've purchased strawberries monthly, but lately I've been noticing they havent been lasting past 2 weeks before the go bad. At my local store, i have to dig to find good fruit because all of them are molded. This time i went to a store in a better area and the fruit still found the same results. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased these strawberries online with curbside pickup. Everything looked great until I got home and opened the package and found mold throughout. I contacted customer service and was told to toss them and come back for a refund. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem buying fruit at Sams.

Strawberries delivered were moldy. They would not refund money online. Said we had to go in store but we cannot due to corona.We are very high risk patients and they would not refund our money. I am very allergic to mold and these strawberries were very moldy. Will never order again. We purchased these one line for pick up to our car and they refuse to refund the money stating we can’t do that online. You have to go into the store. So if you are immuno compromised do not order these types of products because if somethings wrong they do not stand behind it. Shame on Sam’s Club.

I was disappointed with the strawberry crop this year. The berries were big and beautiful, but they lacked flavor. I buy them consistently because they are on my diet. However, I have not enjoyed them without adding sugar and lemon juice to perk up the flavor.

Normally I get some great strawberries from Sam’s but this time they were bad in the middle. It was like someone purposely hid the bad ones right in the middle of the pack so I couldn’t see them from the outside (not sure that was the actually case but that’s what it seemed). I was mad I didn’t have time to return them the same day. My suggestion is open your fruit and really inspect them before you buy them.

These strawberries were huge and sweet! They must've been picked at the peak of being ripe. Im in my 50's and can honestly say that these were the most flavorful strawberries I've ever had! They were fresh, juicy, sweet and visually stunning! I just wish this top tier freshness was consistent. I bought more a little over a week later, and they were NOT as good.

This is one of my favorite fruits to purchase when shopping at Sam's. Initially, I was going to pass them by. However, the price was great, and the quantity couldn't be beat elsewhere! They lasted for quite a while, and I only lost a handful because they spoiled. I enjoyed them each morning with my oatmeal.

I assume the strawberries were being sold at a cheaper price since it wasn’t the freshest crop but I went home and ended up throwing away half of the container. The strawberries were so soft and mushy, I tried to pick the best without opening the plastic container but it’s hard to tell the mushiness.

I looked through several of the strawberries before I picked the best looking one. But once I got it home, it had a couple of very moldy berries in it and the berries were not a very good flavor at all, quite bitter and overall not good. I always tend to the berries as soon as I get them home. I would have returned them, but our Sams is too far away for that, so I just ended up throwing about 8 of them away and freezing the rest of the them.
