Drisscoll strawberries

Smalk for driscolls and getting old. Trimmed and too much waste. Still tasted pretty good

No one has strawberries like Sam’s Club!

First off Driscolls grows the best strawberries but I’m pretty sure Sam’s Club is in cahoots with them because not only does Driscoll’s make the best strawberries but the best of the best go to Sam’s Club! I literally don’t buy my strawberries from anywhere else. We buy two cartons a week and we eat two every single week they’re the best! We have toddlers if you were curious how we go through two tubs a week lol

Fresh, Sweet, and Always a Hit

These strawberries were incredibly fresh, bright red, and perfectly ripe. They were sweet and juicy right out of the container with no mushy or underripe ones. They lasted several days in the fridge and were great for snacking, smoothies, and topping yogurt. Sam’s Club consistently delivers great quality and value with their produce, and these strawberries are no exception. Will definitely keep buying! 🍓

Driscolls on news for forever chemicals !

I have bought these berries for YEARS . Look on the news - these have extreme amounts of pesticides and forever chemicals that are causing childhood cancer where there are grown . National news last week google it . Get rid of all Driscoll products please !!!!!

Strawberries quality not what they used to be

Not sure what’s up with the strawberries at Sam’s the past year or so but they are not the high quality strawberries I’m used to bragging about. No flavor, I’m throwing away several from day 1 that are bad. They are all bad if not eaten with 2-3 day, they used to last in the fridge for a minimum of a week! I make several tree leches cakes a year and ALWAYS buy my fresh fruits at Sam’s Club, it’s my “niche” you could say, I used to only need one package of them, now I have to get at least 3 and hope there are enough that are “good enough” to cut up and put on top. I use more blueberries or other fruits to fill the top of a 9x13 cake. If someone asks me for only strawberries on the top, I’d have to buy 5 boxes to get what 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 boxes got me before. Yes, I pile the fruit on my tres leches cakes :)

Off taste to the strawberries!

Usually the strawberries are really good, past couple of times I have bought strawberries after picking through them in the store there are moldy ones in the middle of the container and yesterday we bought a container of them that looked good, they tasted off and like they had a chemical taste even after cleaning them really good. Ended up having to throw the whole container in the trash because I wasn’t going to have my family eat them.

BAD IN DAYS/UNSAFE TO EAT.

DRISCOLL USES FOREVER CHEMICALS AND ABOUT 20 OTHERS ON THESE. THEY ARE NOT SAFE TO EAT AND ROT WITHIN DAYS OF BRINGING THEM HOME.
