Bought this cartridge as a backup for new printer. The first thing I noticed is that the box rattles. I have always used HP cartridges. I have never had one rattle. Usually cartridges are wrapped in some kind of plastic bubble wrap. When I opened the box, cartridge was in a hard plastic container to protect it.
