Not worth the money!!

Do not buy. The chair broke in half after owning for one year. The wood framing snapped were back and seat go together.

Pretty Good, 1 Minor Problem

Well packed, easy to assemble. My only concern is the USB ports inside the armrest compartment don't work. There are AC sockets that do, and a USB charger works fine plugged into one. Still, the USBs should work on their own.

Comfortable

I love this chair. The storage in the arms keeps clutter down and everything within reach. I am 5'5 and it is perfect for me. I hope it lasts because it is just what I need.

Noisy and not Comfortable

I bought 2 of your Serta Home Theater Power Recliners I don't care for them at all. They are not comfortable for setting. They are very noisy when you are changing setting position and setting it back up. I would not recommend it! 1!

Love the chairs for the m9ney

We purchased three of these for our family room. It's been two weeks and the chairs are comfortable. Great value for the money.plenty of USB's and I love the light up cup holders.

Nice Looking but Electronics do not work

I bought this chair for my husbands birthday last month. Its a nice looking chair however after assembly the chair was getting power (light in back on) but the electronics would not work. After some looking all connections over still nothing, then the next day it randomly had electric function. Since then it as went out multiple times for no reason and 1 week in nothing at all (still power to the back with light). I reached out to Sam's for an exchange and they no longer have the gray model (which we purchased) in stock. They will not exchange for anything else. This is a good looking chair but if it doesn't work now I can't imagine in a year or more. Plus terrible Sam's customer service. Will not purchase from Sam's Club again.

Nice chair

Concerned about all the reviews with the armrests however mine appear to be adjusted perfectly and tight. My only concern is a slight popping feeling from the seat when sitting down or getting up. It's not constant only occasionally. I'm hoping this is simply a break in issue. Either way sams club has a generous return policy so if there are any issues I can return it for another. Eventually there will be a good one. For now I'm satisfied with this chair.

Purchased three but?!?!?

Purchased three chairs and only one worked. With that said I got the chairs to work, flip the chair over on its back side and plug in the power supply plug (square box underneath the chair on back end of chair). Just writing this review for anyone else that has this problem. So far everything is working with all three chairs.

Lots of noise

I just bought this recliner today for a gift and the quality of the recliner and fabric look really solid.Then I tried reclining it and it's making a horrible noise. I'm a little upset because the store a few mile from me was sold out of it so I drove to town to get it and now I will have to drive back to town and try to return it. My husband birthday is in two days so a lot of hassle now. Other than the horrible noise the chair look well build and solid..this site doesn't let me upload a video directly so being a computer tard I guess I can't send the video I took to show the noise it makes.

It's a good chair.

I received the chair about a week ago and I love it! The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because on the back of the chair there is about a 1/2 inch gap between the back rest and the side of the chair. This gap is only on the left side of the chair. The right side looks fine. Other than that it functions great and is more comfortable than I expected.
