Bought 3 of these in black for the riser in our small home movie theatre and placed a low profile sofa in front. Love these chairs, except we do not use the storage under both armrests. Comfort is acceptable for laying back for 2-hour movie. Love the lit cup holders and power headrests. For the price, these are an excellent value considering frequency of use and length of use.

Bought on sale with warranty. Thank God I did. It came ready to put together. Although right of the bat noticed the arm rests were put on at angles that left it worth an opening. It was OK as in comfort. As I read in other reviews that the quality of it was bad as in the seat sank quickly and the wood backing that held it together as part of the frame. It was an issue cause it had broken, as well as the seat wearing down quickly and people having to put a pillow in it cause, the seat would sag so severely. Well, despite it all, I gave it a try. Boy, was they right! The seat sagged first so bad I had to put a seat cushion in it so my back wouldn't hurt so bad. Then, months in later, the seat back snapped. So it's no longer usable. As expected, the warranty you buy with it threw all state. Had given nothing but issues to us. Still have gotten nothing repaired or agents to make it right. As well as Sam's saying is nothing they can do. It's all up to Allstate. So a 600.00 dollar purchase. Money is just gone. Chair plus the 5 yr warranty price. Do not get. Look at something else or buy somewhere else. Pay the extra money. It's worth the extra cash to avoid the headache and basically being taken advantage of. Not having nothing to show for your hard earned money. Serta used to make good products. Now they have a name and are putting out crap at the same price. Mind you, I'm a 165 lbs. So no reason for this. Look at the weight limit. Ridiculous. Never again!

The chair is comfortable but is a bad design. The armrest covers wobble. Where the back of the chair slides into the base one side snapped in two during normal use. I spent four hours fixing it. Then the other side broke! I am out of warrant (two years old). What a waste of money.

This chair is built like a tank. But, it has to be the most uncomfortable recliner I have ever owned, and I have gone through a lot of recliners in my 67 years. But it is the first I've ever bought online. I absolutely hate the auto recline feature. It is unbelievably slow and you can't adjust the position to your liking. All I wanted was the adjustable head rest which is fine. It is my fault. I should have known better than to buy a chair with out sitting in it. The chair is a bargain for the money. It probably will be just fine for some people. I guess maybe someone smaller might like it. I am 6ft and 230 lbs. Because of the lack of adjustability I would not recommend this chair.

Put this chair in my man cave on the basement. Very comfortable. Wish could tilt back farther. Love the plug is in the storage. Needs a little light to see it better. Also the arm rest needs to be 4 inches longer. But over all for the price you be happy. Have a second one on order.

I find it comfortable and functional with storage in arms and cup holders. I didn't want to pay for real leather and hopefully it will last. There is a 1 year warranty but no company or phone number listed if there is a problem. Also by being a member I believe it added a year to my warranty.

The arm rests and the side of the arms have zero padding, the foot rest a bit but not much. The entire chair doesn't have enough cushioning to be comfortable if you're sitting for more than ten minutes. I purchased based on the reviews because they didn't have the recliner on display in my store. I borrowed a vehicle to bring it home and it would be a hassle to return it. Otherwise I would have.

I ignored the other reviews about the chair being squeaky when opened and closed. I should not have. It was so loud it wakes up the entire house. If you don't mind being woken up then this chair is for you. The leather rubs against itself and produces an awesome sound. Yes, I tried internet hacks of oil and power on the leather that rubs and it did not help. Besides that the chair worked well but we had to return it, wasn't worth losing our sanity over.

Chair no longer works. Not pleased with this product.

Bought two black. One doesn't work. One won't power on. This is dumb
