Quality leather, stylish, very comfortable chair

Very comfortable and affordable for genuine leather. Very pleased with our purchase.

I could not pass up these chairs because of the price. Because of the price point I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought two chairs for the price of one caramel brown leather chair at other online retailers. The color and style is what I was looking for. They are soft and relatively comfortable as long as you are not looking for a chair with a higher back that would provide neck and head support. The only negative is that they are not the most sturdy and can be tilted pretty easily.

The chair is as pictured and is comfortable. The reason I gave it a 4 is the side arms pillows came crushed by the packaging and I am hoping with time they will resume their intended shape.

Chair was missing all hardware to assemble but was able to pick up from my local hardware store. Was easy to assemble. Love the look of this chair and is comfortable to sit in. Glad I made the decision to buy.

Pros: BEAUTIFUL caramel/camel tan color on this leather accent chair! The color and comfort are what allow me to keep the chair. Cons: The arm cushions came crushed in the box, which other reviewers complain about, as well. As you sit on it for an extended period of time, the seat tends to slide forward slightly.

Its ok, the back is not as tall as i thought it shoould be

Chairs are beautiful. One was perfect! Great quality, color and comfort. One of the chairs has a damaged metal base. I was able to use 2 of the 4 screws to attach, but frame was bent so I couldn't attach the other 2. Also, there is something poking out of the frame, which makes the leather pull tight in one area and I'm afraid the leather will puncture after time.

When the chair arrived the cushions were “dented”. They never popped back into place. They stay dented. Called the supplier. Waiting for a decent response. Until I receive an adequate response the rating will stay at 1star

Never received the chair. Your choice of shippers was abysmal (Piolet Shippers). The order was placed on 10/4/2023 and I was told I would get the item by 10/17/2023. On 10/24/2023 I called Piolet Shippers to see where my item was and they told me it was somewhere in Los Angelas. They could not put their finger on it and did not know when I was going to get it. So, I decided to cancel the order. Sam's Club needs to find reliable shippers. I will never order a big ticket on line from Sam's Club.
