These chairs are IT!! They are so comfortable and the leather is so nice!!! Would definitely buy again!

This is a very comfortable, handsome chair. I was searching for wide seat chair to do cross stitch in. It gives me plenty of arm room. The color is warm and cozy.

I want to love these chairs - the design, the price, the leather/color - but I should've listened to the other reviews. I bought 2 of these chairs and unfortunately the arm cushions are damaged on both. The way they stuff these into the boxes damages the arms and they look nothing like the photos. With the crushed cushions they appear sloppy. I took out the stuffing and the actual cushion itself is damaged beyond repair. I have reached out to customer service twice via email and have not received a response so unfortunately I will be returning.

Love these chairs! I ordered two of these and we love them. I have them in our living room to accompany a beige sectional. I was looking h the or the camel color and these are spot on. Arrived in just a few days. Easy to put together! And wow! So comfortable.

These chairs are very nice but were poorly packaged: we bought two chairs and all four side cushions arrived with smashed in front corners. Every other corner is perfect, so there is no reason for all of these corners to be ruined. After a month they are still like this. I called customer service and they had not resolution and said they would call me back. They never did.

It is tough buying furniture, particularly when you live in a rural area and you are unable to return it to a store. We drove 180 miles to try furniture at a store before we purchased it. In this case, our local SamsClub is only about 12 miles away. So we knew if we bought the chair there we could return it, if it turned out we needed to do so. This chair arrived right on schedule, however the shipper never phoned to advise us when they would deliver. It was left under the a second story deck in dripping water. That is another story for later. Upon arriving home, I quickly unboxed it and it had been wrapped in plastic, something the shipper would not have known. 16 screws was all that was needed to attach legs to the bottom. The cushions are very comfortable, I mean they are soft and supple, in addition the side and back pillows are the same. What a stroke of luck I had with this purchase. This chair is extremely comfortable and I would like to get another. Currently waiting on PotteryBarn to deliver other furniture which has been about 5 months now. Let's see, SamsClub, 7 days, PB, 5 months. Extremely comfortable chair and returnable, the choice is clear. Nice job Sam!

Loved it until I assembled it and the cushion was completely crushed in the box. So badly that now there's an empty portion right at the front in a very visible area of the cushion. Looks ridiculous and I can't reverse or switch cushions. I'd give it 5 stars if samsclub sent me new filling. I bought 2 of these chairs so I will update if the other one is poorly packed when I assemble that one.
