I don't normally write reviews but we haven't had a couch in a while because our living room is oddly shaped when we moved into the house and we had the two seater couch and two recliners and it's just rectangular and it's odd shaped so this year my mom bought us a couch for Christmas for an early present and gave us this couch now me being silly I thought they forgot to package the couch cushions but I found out that the couch cushions are underneath the zipper under each individual section just check underneath the section and there should be a big zipper of the couch cushions are under there I hope this helps me because I definitely had to email them and ask and I felt very silly afterwards haha

This piece of furniture has excellent finishes and high-quality fabric. It's a good size, allowing it to fit into any area of the house Its central seat allows it to be placed in any nearby area to suit your decor or taste. Its large size makes it very convenient and comfortable, allowing it to seat a large number of people

I had to return it and had to pay someone to bring it back for me. What a mess! The pieces are extremely heavy, especially the ottoman. I hurt my back so bad trying to move the pieces. Actually it hurt my ribs front and back. The pieces don't slide at all. The crazy part is they give you rubberbands that are supposedly used to keep it together...oh my God, never heard of that one. I threw away money paying to have it picked up and returned. No more furniture for me. I bought some bean bag big chairs that are WONDERFUL and easy to move!

This couch is a great color! It is a mix of white and grey, and have a very comfortable feel. The linen like fabric elevates this from the typical couch, and would be a great addition to a home. The ottoman is great for storage and functional living.

Really wanted to love this couch, however that is the complete opposite. The couch is only 4 months old and the fabric has lots of pilling, and the cushions are breaking down. I contacted Sams club, and the option is to return the couch for a refund, or contact the company for replacements. Seems inconvenient all the way around. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Beautiful modular sofa with a storage ottoman, lovely color and very comfortable l, the texture of the fabric is perfect, the cushions are extra comfy, the dimensions are great, seat perfectly a large group of people! I absolutely love it. The space for storage is a plus to keep blankets or extra stuff.

This couch is super comfortable. It's easy to sit and talk on or lay back and relax on. Love the elegant, textured fabric and the neutral color. It's a substantial size couch but not too big for our space! I love the little accent pillows that come with it and of course the extra storage in the ottoman! Such a great feature.

The quality seems reasonable but does NOT come with back cushions , which all pictures and promotions appeared to feature. I hate misleading advertising! Consumers should not be forced to read cryptic small print to know what they're getting. I thought Sam's was more trustworthy and reputable than that. It's a $700 sofa, maybe $50 ottoman at best.

I purchased this a few months ago, since then the couched has accumulated a lot of pilling, the fabric on the cushions are loose. The rubber bands provided to hold the sections together are a nightmare. Couch isn't worth the headache much less the price tag.
