While I love many of the Members Mark brands. This is not one of them. It has a weird rubbery texture and taste just isn't right. I haven't bought it for years. Then, yesterday my wife brought some home because she wanted some Fritos and Colby jack cheese. With no influence from me, she complained about the taste. Sorry, Sams, this is not worth buying. Please improve it.

This was a good tasting cheese and worked for my situation. I used for sandwiches and for burgers. It melted good and had a nice mild flavor. It's hard to explain, but this cheese has a "cheap-ish" texture. Not soft and creamy, but it's not bad especially for the price point and how much you get for the money.
