Consistently great cheese. Always delicious and a great value for the amount you get. If you’re a sandwich or cheese person it’s an amazing price. The only downside is it’s probably too much cheese, we sometimes can’t finish before it starts going bad. Just be ready to eat your hearts fill.

The taste is good. It melts well on burgers. It really falls apart though, the slices stick together and crumble when you try to peel them apart.

These are a great size and taste but very hard to separate as they do not have paper between the slices. They tend to break trying to get the slices apart. You have your hands all over the stack trying to get slices apart risking mold growth even from the cleanest of hands. Very frustrating, Please Fix!! Otherwise 5 *

I bought this for the convenience of having pre-sliced colby jack after years of using the block of Tillamook brand cheese sold by Sam's. It is a lot easier than breaking out my cheese cutter every time I want a cracker with cheese. It is also less expensive. However, the flavor is a disappointment and I will not make the same purchase again.

I end up throwing away at least half of the package due to mold. My kids will only eat Colby Jack. But my husband and I like Swiss. The Swiss doesn’t go moldy (not as fast at least). Why does the Colby Jack always get completely engulfed in mold?! I waste so much money on this cheese! I’ve even started wearing gloves every time I handle it, and separating each slice with parchment paper, and STILL MOLD!

I'm so disappointed in this cheese, I use to always buy Members Mark slices in all varieties. Unfortunately they stopped putting the paper dividers between the slices and they are slicing it so thin that is is impossible to separate the slices with out it tearing and leaving pieces behind. The colby jack is flavorless.

This cheese is very good if you can eat it within the first week or two of opening. After that it grows mold, even though the expiration date is months away. This has happened several times with each of the natural cheese that has been purchased. I usually just throw them away but decided to bring it up to a customer service agent and was told to bring it back in the future.

Does NOT taste like Colby Jack stick together can’t get a slice without it tearing and mold in a few days . My first time buying will be my last
