I've bought this here and there over the years, having always been willing to see if their product changed for the better. It tastes like chemicals even when melted on a sandwich. It's so strange because their Colby jack cheese sticks are great. This sliced cheese certainly doesn't taste natural, even if it boasts it being so. And it doesn't slice well. So crumbly.

This cheese used to have separators between each slice that made it easy to pull off one slice at a time. Now the cheese does not have any separation between the slices so you have one big wad of cheese. You have to use a knife to pry the slices apart which results in the slice being broken apart.

I'm so disappointed in this cheese, I use to always buy Members Mark slices in all varieties. Unfortunately they stopped putting the paper dividers between the slices and they are slicing it so thin that is is impossible to separate the slices with out it tearing and leaving pieces behind. The colby jack is flavorless.
