I bought this about a month ago because my area has mosquitoes populations that are out of control due to ponds and sitting water. I'm allergic to mosquitoes and so are a couple of my teenage children. The sprays on the market although they sometimes work, leave you having to shower off or in my case, more allergies. The thermacell works great and I can sit out early am and at dusk with my Coonhound and enjoy the time i!

took it out to see if it would be better in a blind and it was great, normal thermacell has to be clipped on something to allow it to have space under it to breath but this 1 is just right for ground blind use so if I was in charge of advertisement I'd dang sure use a ground blind pic on the box because its not just a patio cell

We purchased this product about a month ago for our small patio to be used during our Sunday cookout. It does what it was purchased to do, keep the bugs at bay. I bought this product a week ago. It’s definitely a quick relief for a small patio. To me it uses the butane too quick. I used it Twice for a total of 4 hours and used the refill mosquito repellent pads. Not worth it because we live in the country and need something for a larger area.

After 27 years, I can finally enjoy my flower-filled front porch without covering yself with all that yucky, spray-on stuff! This works great and I also bought the MR-450 portable unit to use while working around the entire yard, but mostly in the back, where there seems to be a mosquito hatchery!! Highly recommend and the light scent not only is more than bearable, but gives an unobtrusive reminder that it's hard at work!

I bought this with extra pads and butane thinking yes finally mosquito free. We started it up 45 minutes before we got outside by my fire chat and within 10 minutes we both had gotten bit more than once. It is now cold so I don’t think I will have another’s chance to try it so I don’t know if I should keep it or return it. I want it so badly to work and my uncle has one and it works great

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to set up and use. Our yard has a lot of mosquitos and worked really well at keeping them away. We noticed maybe a couple of mosquitos while using this when we would normally be swarmed by them.

Bought this for our covered porch in north Florida. Mosiquitos are year around in FLorida. They love to hide in the knooks and crannys f the porch the Patio Shield kept them at bay and my husband and I along with our dog were able to enjoy the woodsy view without worrying about being bit by mosquitos

It works. I purchased the unit from large sporting goods store. The unit was using to much butane. I contact thermacell the customer service was excellent. In a few days a new unit was sent and refills. I am customer now for life a new customer. Thanks again it works no bites. Great experience thanks again. Paw

I purchased this a month ago because so many flying insects eating me alive and nothing but that horrible bug spray would keep them away. Since I am not a fan of using bug spray I opted for this. FANTASTIC SO GLAD I DID! My patio faces the woods and this works beautifully
