[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yay! Shaved ice at home! This was exciting to get, it works well, shaved ice is perfect for snow cones and slushy drinks. I even used this with frozen watermelon and made it like a fresh sorbet. My son loves it and I do too. One of the biggest pros for me is that it never smelled like a new appliance! Hallelujah! Almost every new appliance I get smells like chemicals from a factory and it always makes me like the appliance less because I feel like it’s somehow poisonous. Not with this Dash Ice Shaving machine, no smells at all, as it should be! I lost the instructions before using but simply looked up the product on Dash’s website and they had all the information linked in PDF, what a wonderful consumer experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaved ice maker has been a great addition to our kitchen. The kids love being able to make snow cones at home. The shaved ice maker is very simple to put together and use and isn’t too big to take up too much room. We use frozen juice in an ice tray as a way to make ice comes without having to put in a flavor topping after shaving the ice. The company does provide you with recipes to make your own flavors/colors for your snow cones. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little shaved ice maker. It is super easy to use right out of the box. You put the ice in the bowl and turn the lid and let it do its thing. The instructions are easy to follow about how to take it apart and clean it. Just watch out for the blade underneath the bowl as it is kind of exposed. So, I tried out both cubed ice and crushed ice. Both of them turned out fine but the crushed ice did give a bit fluffier, more snow cone like texture which is what I prefer. I'm definitely impressed with this machine. Highly recommend!

We bought one of these as a gift from a bridal registry and I started to look into one for myself. I love it! Works quickly and easily, It's a bit noisy but that was to be expected . Easy clean up. The whole family loved different treats. I even froze coffee and made a iced coffee slush.

My kids love using this to make snow cones and Icee bowls.I bought those snow cone cups and they just hold it under the shaver and it let snow.It makes a perfect cone shaped ball. You need to use ice cubes that come from trays.You can't just use ice blocks made from a bowl or container.If you do it won't fit, but we get around it by using a hammer and breaking it up.Be sure to double bag the block first. This device is easy to use, easy to clean, and I bought it because it has a NICE aqua color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I have had so much fun making shaved ice! Setting it up was super easy. I love that the lid needs to be locked for it to work. I feel very safe letting my kids use it. We use about 6-10 full size ice cubes to make a big bowl of shaved ice. We found a really easy recipe to make the syrup using drink mix packets. Cannot recommend this enough!

This is my favorite purchase in so long and I like to shop. Even my BF has figured out how to use the one at his other house that I got because it is the best. No pre planning needed unlike the expensive one that goes on the kitchen aid . You can use ice cubes and syrup if you like that I use frozen fruit and ice then add super cold fruit nectar or sweetened condensed milk and mix it well and it's wonderful. Also I can make it with mango and pineapple and put Tajin and Chamoy on it if I am feeling tangy. I froze my Vietnamese coffee and will be running it through here as well . Easy to clean up . I LOVE it .It lets me have complete control over my potassium and still have delicious treats. I can have really large bowls since so much is Ice . Anyway if anyone was thinking about getting the KitchenAid ice shaver I would definitely go with this over that. And I have done a lot with the kitchen aid one but you have to preplan too much and when I bought mine you couldn't get extra cups that you need . So this is 1/2 the price and way easier
