[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this so I could make snow cones for my kids. It works perfected and is very easy to use. You put the ice in and turn it on. It shaves it perfectly for a great snow cone. You can take the lid off and put ice in as it's running. The blades are covered so you won't get your hands as you put the ice in. You put the ice in turn it on get your shave ice then put your syrup on the ice and enjoy. The head comes of so its very easy to take apart and clean. Perfected little snow cone machine.

The machine was very simple to put together and get started. After it is put together and the ice is added in I just turned the lid and the ice shaving began. It was a fairly quick process. We add our favorite syrups and are good to enjoy a nice treat. I love the aqua color and the size is easy to store in my cupboard. The ice isn't as shaved as I expected. It is a little bit thicker in my opinion. This maker has become a staple in our kitchen especially on those hot days!

I feel very safe letting my kids use it. We use about 6-10 full size ice cubes to make a big bowl of shaved ice. We found a really easy recipe to make the syrup using drink mix packets. Cannot recommend this enough!

The ice chops up really fine and is easy for my kids to use without my assistance! We love it so much we bought one for a friend for her birthday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for young children and teenagers who want to crush ice and own a kitchen gadget like the grownups in their lives that is easy for them to use. You put standard ice cubes in the machine, the lid is easy to use, and it crushes the ice for you. This machine uses ice cubes, crushes them, but does not produce shaved ice that is smooth enough to absorb syrup in the desired manner. You won't be able to sneak into the kitchen after everyone has gone to bed to get a treat since the machine is so loud. As a result, while I wouldn't say that this machine was designed with adults in mind, it is ideal for children who want to assist in the kitchen and easily be able to prepare things on their own. My daughter loved making her own snow cones and found it to be simple to use. I like the aqua color and that the machine is not overly big so it does not take up much space.

We had to put a larger bowl under the section to catch all the ice shavings. Once complete we spooned them into bowls and added flavor. Overall it was ok, just cumbersome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaved ice maker has been a great addition to our kitchen. The kids love being able to make snow cones at home. The shaved ice maker is very simple to put together and use and isn’t too big to take up too much room. We use frozen juice in an ice tray as a way to make ice comes without having to put in a flavor topping after shaving the ice. The company does provide you with recipes to make your own flavors/colors for your snow cones. I would recommend this product.

I bought this back in September 2022 and kept it in the box since it was a Christmas gift for my kids. I just tried to use it for the first time since it is winter here and the demand for shaved ice from the kids has not been a thing until today and lo an behold it will not turn on and will not work! I did all the trouble shooting and nothing works. I truly hope that the warranty is honored and this gets replaced since now I see it is a sold out item. Truly disappointed and hope this can be resolved :(
