As much as I love it, i also hate it. I can't vacuum it or wash it. Now i have to toss it $200 down the drain.

We bought the 7'10”x10' Drexel Lenox Shag Area rug (Isola Gray) in September 2025 for our den. When we received the rug it was so beautiful and soft. We liked it so much we decided to get a matching rug for our dining room.  After a couple of months the den rug started shedding a lot, but we thought that maybe normal since it was new and is a shag rug. Then the fabrics in the rug started picking really bad and now it has long pieces sticking up. It is like the rug fiber are looped and only one side of the loop came loose. The dining room rug is not doing this. It is holding up well. 
Unfortunately, the den rug looks so bad that we are going to have to replace it after only having it for 6 months. I would have given it five stars if it would have held up. It is very disappointing!

Rug did not hold up!

This rug is plush and seems to be very durable.  It's heavy and took two of us to carry/set up on my son's apartment floor.  The blue and grey color scheme looks very nice and makes their living room pop in an otherwise plain college apartment. I'd highly recommend this rug but you should go pick one out yourself to verify they have one and you like the colors. 

My only issue is we tried to order this for pickup. First, the app said pickup has been delayed. Then it stated it was out of stock. So we went to the store and lo and behold there were 5 of them in the rack.  The issue is they were in the back of the rack and it took about 5 minutes to move around some rugs to get the blue one. Basically, the associates didn't want work and get one of the rugs for our order.
