Rug is better than expected. It’s very soft and the colors are very vibrant. I will be purchasing another one for the bedroom.

We bought the 7'10”x10' Drexel Lenox Shag Area rug (Isola Gray) in September 2025 for our den. When we received the rug it was so beautiful and soft. We liked it so much we decided to get a matching rug for our dining room. After a couple of months the den rug started shedding a lot, but we thought that maybe normal since it was new and is a shag rug. Then the fabrics in the rug started picking really bad and now it has long pieces sticking up. It is like the rug fiber are looped and only one side of the loop came loose. The dining room rug is not doing this. It is holding up well. Unfortunately, the den rug looks so bad that we are going to have to replace it after only having it for 6 months. I would have given it five stars if it would have held up. It is very disappointing!

This is the best rug I've ever purchased!!! And I have purchased many types of rugs over the years. I wanted something dense but soft. Something I can run my finger through. I am so happy I took a chance and purchased this. Chance!!! Because it was not in stock in the store. This did not disappoint. It is true the picture no strong odor and lays flat. The true test was vacuuming. Both my iRobot and Dyson still did the job. Very Happy with my purchase.
