The chews are easy to use but taste chalky to me but my mom loves them. I'll stick with the drink. I still recommend. Everyone is different with their taste and while I don't like the taste my mother does.

Was taking beet powder long before the chew's as a daily regimin, still do, but chew's in the morning and the powder later in the day. I'm 75 and "Staying Healthy" and still working up to 70 hours a week.
