They taste good, but I really haven't felt a difference. I'm going to talk to MY doctor about them at my next appointment in a few weeks to see what he thinks about their effacacy.

The super beets products are delicious I like them all. I will continue to buy these products cause they are superficial to my health. The cost is a Lil on the pricey side but you have to pay to stay healthy.

Took too long to get shipment 13 days, for a perishable product in my opinion it's too long, product seems to be OK but I have had an issue with unopened containers going bad before
