These definitely help to keep my blood pressure within normal limits. Medical and dental settings gives me anxiety which increase my bp so I take 2 of these before a visit and my bp doesn't spike so high.I also take these along with magnesium glycinate an hour before bed every night.

Nearly 2 years taking Super Beets. I just received good results at a wellness visit at my doctor's office. I will continue as I have been to benefit with good chemistry and energy I believe is helped by what Super Beets chews provide. If I forget to take them during the day I feel my energy level drop.
