I am using super beets because I have poor circulation in my legs and my legs have been very red.. I have been using these about a month and I think it is helping. But, I will wait and see if it helps. I am a 83 year old senior.

Saving the 5th star only been a few days they give me the boost I need around morning I drive a semi at night and these give me that little pick me up towards the end of my night.

Have tried the chews. Sour, but not bad. Convenient. Easy. Good size. Slightly gritty, though. Also has a €œred dye€� aftertaste that lingers a minute. I will finish the pack, but probably won't purchase more.
