It does what it says in the advertisement and it really does taste great. The best part is if you don't feel like drinking a glass of juice in the morning you could just stick them in your pocket and have them as a snack later.

Beets are good, but the after taste could be in proved, plus it lingers for a while, a piece of chewing gum is the antidote, or re-bush your teeth. Other than the taste, I have noticed improvement with my energy and well being.
