To date these chews are easy to use and I bring a second chew for later in the work day..

I have not seen a difference as of now of any changes.

Unable to tolerate. Nausea and discomfort . Able to tolerate chews but not powdered material.

I have no idea yet whether they work or not, it's been too soon

They taste good, not like beets. I won’t know if it’s helpful health wise for awhile.
