Yes! Easier than making the beet/ apple sauce concoction (that I love) every week just to get my daily allotment of beets. I only wish you'd throw in a few test strips so I could confirm my levels of NO throughout the day Just to be sure I'm getting what I hope I am. Nice flavor.., I keep them in my mouth for as long as possible because NO doesn't work once it gets to the stomach. It's made in your mouth via your saliva. I bought these after hearing about them on the radio. Their flavors are good, and chewing them makes them easy to digest. My wife and I, each, have been taking 2 of the SuperBeets Heart Chews and 1 of the Vitamin D3 Chews (every morning following breakfast. We seem to have more energy during the day and are actually sleeping better at night, too. Just purchased more to add to our daily healthy routine.

I tried the superbeets powder and just couldn't get used to it, for me the chews are a much better form of getting the goods. I am thinking of trying the grape chews after I saw them in the catalog. The products are pricey, but hopefully our bodies are reaping benefits.

They were easy to digest and seem to make me feel some what better ! The flavor was much better than I expected. The only problem I had was that they stick to the roof of my denture and took a while to get them off of there. LOL It was like having play dough stuck there for a bit. They lasted longer that way.
