I have only been taking the Super Beets for 4 days so it's kinda hard to rate their effectiveness.

Haven't noticed any changes yet but just the first week taking it.

Super beets taste good and very happy that i invested in it don't like how it taste at the end.

It does give me energy and tastes great! I almost eat too many of them.
