I couldn't tell any difference in my energy level.

Finally bearable to chew and swallow..the powder is nasty to the pallet

Have turned some others onto this. Gives a little.boost and seems to have helped.

Didn't like the taste at all. Too tart I couldn't eat them. I cancelled the auto ship.
