I have much more energy and I find Im down to 1 cup of coffee or less per day.

Powder is good , flavor you have to get use to . Chews are great , but unfortunately over priced .

Tasted much better then the powder and I do have more energy

The tart cherry gummies were good but the beets are nasty tasting (my opinion)
