It has been less than 1 month since I have been taking the super beets. The black cherry taste is not of my liking. I have yet to find that I have an increase in energy, but I am a senior citizen and if I can stay awake during the day may be an improvement. It is early to make a proper judgment and by then end of the 3rd month, I should be able to notice a change. If I continue to make another purchase, I hope there will be a better flavor available.

While I have started this product and enjoy the taste and ease of use, I take it along with multiple other supplements and can not at this time tell you whether I feel anything different having added it to my fail regimen. The gummies are very tasty and seem well made. They're better than your average "kiddie" gummies. The bag you get for "free" is much smaller than the large bag they show in their pictures. The sample bag is only 10 gummies which is a 5 day supply since you take 2 a day. I like them.
