Only been about 30 days. Haven't really noticed a big difference overall.

The heart chews have given me a gravelly old lady voice.

Like that they are not gummy. Surprisingly good flavor.

Cant tell if more helpful, but im eating my beets!

The 4ct bag of memory chews were not enough to see if they work.

I do not like the crystals. The chews for heart and blood press is good.

It's not like taking a Med or a supplement. They taste very good and are so easy to take.
