Did not like the test and gummy was difficult to shew on for me.

I have more energy through the day and sleep better at night taking them as directed.

I believe that the super beets are good for me, and seem to feel better wi5h taking them.

Like the fact that they are chewable. Soft in texture. An very delicious.
