I have not taken it every day, but I plan to put by my pills so I remember. Thus far, I feel it's doing me some good

I do believe the crystals have increased my exercise capacity. The berry favor is not my favorite, but tolerable.

I enjoy the soft chews, especially when I am running late for work I can take them with me and eat later.
