I tried them for my wife, she did not like the taste. We both eat one and she is such a picky person she just hated it so I thought them out

I have been taking chews as directed for over a month and see no changes or visible improvements to make it worthwhile.

So far so good I feel a difference I add it to my morning afternoon and evening always loved beets in salads this is much quicker
